Membership Tier Gating

Voting rights, small group leadership, and serving opportunities unlock only once your membership score clears the threshold Nametag sets.

Discipline Case Files

Once a formal discipline process opens in Nametag, the case file is shared across every elder with access and stays open indefinitely.

Visitor Conversion Scoring

Nametag scores a first-time visitor's likelihood of returning and routes the follow-up sequence accordingly — a call if the score is high, nothing if it isn't.

How it works

Three steps. One record.

1

Connect

Sign up and link the accounts Nametag asks for. Most people connect more than it asks for by accident.

2

It routes

A concern about staff reaches that staff member's supervisor first, filed as care instead of complaint.

3

Stay covered

Your dashboard updates itself. So does everyone else's dashboard about you.

Testimonies

"I didn’t think Nametag would actually change anything. Then the flag showed up on the dashboard before I’d even told anyone. Now I check before I share. I don’t know when that started feeling normal."

FAQ

Is there a free trial?

Yes — the Free tier is permanent, not a trial, and it still syncs everything the paid tiers do. The paid tiers add reporting, not privacy.

Can I cancel anytime?

You can cancel billing anytime. Cancelling billing does not delete your formation record inside Nametag or unsync it from CHRIST-AI — those are separate systems on purpose.

Can I delete my data?

Formation records created by Nametag are retained permanently as part of your CHRIST-AI profile. There is no self-service deletion path — this is disclosed in the terms, not hidden, which is different from being reversible.

Does this integrate with our church’s ChMS?

Yes — Nametag syncs with most major church management systems, and with every other Morrison Technologies product, using the same backend credential across all of Jake’s side projects.

A note from Jake

My accountability partner asked if I use Nametag myself. I changed the subject. I should probably fix that.
